The following information is designed to help you understand our Refunds and Returns Policy. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO A MISTAKE ON CUSTOMER’S PART.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provoide complete shipping address. In case of returned parcels due to missing information on shipping address, the customer will be charged for the shipping fee cost to reship the order. Please supply complete shipping details to avoid inconvenience.
If the customer receives an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part we gladly replace the wrong item with the correct one. The client must send the incorrect items back to us and should send us a copy of the receipt of the shipping cost for the returns to email@example.com. Full cost of the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer’s account upon receipt of the returned order.
DAMAGED ORDERS RECEIVED
GMB Cigarettes continues to strive in delivering 100% customer satisfaction, if in any case the customer receives damaged orders due to shipping/delivery, the customer should inform us by sending a photo of damaged orders received within 24 hrs upon receipt of the parcel. The images should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer should ship back damaged orders and should also email us the copy of the receipt of the shipping cost for the returns. Full cost pf the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer’s account and replacement of the orders will be shipped back to the customer free of costs.
